The most dangerous thing a retailer can do is look around and directly copy other retailers’ design. By doing this, you are not creating a strategy unique to your business, your customers.
Chances are, the retailer you’re copying has already moved on.
These eight mobile ecommerce design patterns stood out to me during research for Ampersand’s Mobile Retail Report. Whilst I actively discourage copycat commerce, I hope that these short videos provide inspiration for you to try something just a little bit different.
