- 37% of GB smartphone owners online have researched a product on their smartphone with the intent to buy it later in store
- 54% of GB smartphone owners online have looked up the location/opening hours of retailers on their smartphone
- 40% of GB smartphone owners online said the fact it is difficult to see the product properly on a small device puts them off researching/purchasing goods on their smartphone
