Sample stats from the consumer survey:

  • 37% of GB smartphone owners online have researched a product on their smartphone with the intent to buy it later in store
  • 54% of smartphone owners online have looked up the location/opening hours of retailers on their smartphone
  • 40% of smartphone owners online said the fact it is difficult to see the product properly on a small device puts them off researching/purchasing goods on their smartphone
