Zabbix monitors hundreds of server metrics to proactively flag issues that could potentially prevent access to services or a degradation of the user experience, which are actioned by our team before they cause downtime. We have redundant monitoring of both client servers and our Zabbix system that alert our team of any downtime, which are responded to within a SLA. We consistently exceed targets on SLA response and resolution times.
